Applying for FEMA COVID-19 Funeral Reimbursements
If your loved one or family member died from COVID-related reasons, you may be eligible for a reimbursement on your funeral expenses.

Applications will be accepted starting Monday, April 12, 2021. Call Covid-19 Funeral Assistance at 844-684-6333 | TTY: 800-462-7585, Monday thru Friday 8AM-8PM CST.
The application requires:
- An official death certificate that attributes the death to COVID-19
- Funeral expense documents
- Proof of funds received from other sources
