William H. "Billy" Fonner Born November 6, 1978 in Washington DC, and passed away in St. Louis, Mo. Survived by partner Chad Stucker, parents Dick and Marge Fonner, brother Rick (Deanna) Fornner and nephew Brock; Preceded in death by his grandparents Jack and Virginia Deputy and Harold and Jane Fonner; Billy was a competitive Swimmer for several teams in Virginia and Missouri. He loved reading and writing and his dogs Stella and Millie; Billy was generous, witty and loved by many people. He will be greatly missed; Memorial service 3:00pm Friday May 20, 2011 from Jay B.
