Whitford "Whitt" M. Lynn, 78, Whitt passed peacefully surrounded by his wife and family. He loved and lived life to its fullest. He loved his family and friends and will miss all of you. His life's passions were amateur sportscar racing, tennis, dancing, hunting & trout fishing and enjoying margaritas with friends. He spent the majority of his working career as a mechanical engineer with The Benham Group before retiring to the life of a husband/personal chef to his lovely wife, fisherman, and grandfather. Some say "old dogs can't learn new tricks" but Whitt was an exception to this rule. He grew better with age. … great health until cancer got the best of him…. Looked 15 years younger than he was… he was an inspiration to all who knew him. His family would like the thank Dr Ravi Vij, his staff, and the Siteman Cancer Center who helped Whitt fight his final battle with multiple myeloma. We would also like to thank the Mercy Hospital nurses on the TCU and ICU and physicians for the kindness and care they showed him and the family during his last days.
