Urban, Theresa L. (Terri) Theresa Lynn Urban (nee Bloemker) age 56 passed away on December 30, 2011 in Salem, MO. She was the beloved wife of the late Michael D. Urban and the mother of Jesse M. Roche (Cyndie), Garrett M. Urban and the late Rebecca M. Urban; grandmother of Brooklynn Urban. She was the daughter of Patricia J. and William I. Bloemker and the sister of Deborah A. Haines (Roy), Cynthia J. Indelicato (Joe) and Mary M. Brown. She was the daughter-in-law of Marie Urban and the late Richard Urban; aunt, cousin, niece, sister-in-law and friend to many. She was a special friend to James Brady. Services: Memorial Visitation Wed., Jan.11th from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. with memorial service at 11 a.m. at JAY B. SMITH FUNERAL HOME-Fenton Chapel, 777 Oakwood Drive (at Hwy 141). In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Lung Association preferred.
