Theodore "Bear" Bernard, 72, passed away on April 19, 2022. He is survived by his sister Kelly Ingriacia. Theodore is preceded in death by his parent George Bernard - father and Jacqueline Bernard (nee Kunz) - mother. Our dear father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.
