Ruby Bernice Garms; 85, born in Cuba, MO passed March 16, 2017; She was the youngest daughter of John Frederick Garms and Nora Garms (nee Kohrmann); She attended school in Wesco, Steelville and graduated from St. James High School in 1950; Ruby is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Ivin and John and sisters Dorothy, Adele, and Gene and all their spouses. Also her closest friend Irma Rinaman. She is survived by nieces and nephews; She was retired from AT &T and was a life-long member of Third Baptist Church and Rose Hill Chapter O.E.S.
