Rosemary Cowan, age 76, passed away on December 22, 2023. Rosemary was born in Salisbury, MO to Frederick and Evelyn (nee Lohoefener) Tebbenkamp. Rosemary was the loving mother of Matthew Neil Cowan of St. Louis, MO. She was the dear sister of Neil Tebbenkamp, Sharon Tebbenkamp Sooter, Daryl Tebbenkamp and David Tebbenkamp. She was preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Evelyn and also by her siblings Neil, Sharon, Daryl, and David. A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date. Rosemary loved music and her cats, and would be honored by a gift to Caped Crusaders Cat Rescue in Union, MO or the Alzheimer's Foundation of America..
