Rosaline L. Neathery (nee Stader + Hof) Beloved wife of the late Guy Kenneth Neathery Loving mother of Sharon (James) Forsythe, James (Visnja) Hof, and Stephen (Claire) Hof Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey Hof, William Hof, Paul Hof, Melissa Hudson, Kelly Acevedo, Rebecca Hof, Timothy Forsythe, Erin Katke, and Alexandra Patershuk Dear sister of the late Raymond Stader, and the late Dolores Lacavich Rosaline joined her heavenly family just after midnight on Thursday, February 16 (the same day her husband died in 2009!) She was 94 years old. Rosaline had several occupations including secretarial, banking, florist and mostly retail. She was an excellent seamstress including knitting, crocheting, and cross stitch. She made a plethora of quilts and afghans, as well as clothing apparel for herself and her family. She even made outfits for her daughter's Barbies. She was an wonderful cook and always kept a lovely home. She loved to entertain family and friends and was always planning the next gathering. She took tremendous pride in her appearance and was usually dressed "to the nines!" Rosaline loved to travel. She and Kenny enjoyed their timeshare at a resort in Arkansas, where they hosted several family Thanksgivings. They traveled across the country and Europe. Cruises were another favorite pastime. She lived in two assisted living facilities over the past decade where she had many friends. She was always eager to help the staff with the social activities. Rosie was well liked and cared for by so many. The family is very grateful to the staff at Sherbrooke Village and the staff at Mercy South for all that they had did for her.
