Beloved husband of the late Leota Rudder (nee Otto) Loving father of Cynthia Lee Rudder and Christopher Ronald Rudder. Cherished grandfather of Austin Howard, Cameron Howard and Jonah Rudder. Dear cousin of John (Terry) Bowles. Our dear father, grand father, uncle, cousin and friend. Ronald was retired from the Missouri Highway Patrol, a Veteran of the U. S. Army was a member of the Retired Police Officers Association. Visitation will be on Monday, November 9 2020 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, 777 Oakwood Dr., Fenton, MO. Funeral service on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 11:00am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials to Backstoppers or St. Jude's appreciated.
