Rochelle Rene Palmer (Tippett) 55, of High Ridge, Missouri, passed away on April 20, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 24, 1970, in Saint Louis, Rochelle will be remembered for her big heart and joy she brought to everyday life. She loved animals of all kinds and treated every pet like family. She also had a special place in her heart for holidays, finding joy in decorating, celebrating, and bringing people together. Her kindness, laughter, and the little moments she made so special will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Rochelle is survived by Timothy Palmer - husband, Sandra Tippett - mother, Kelly Tippett - sister, Mary Palmer - sister-in-law, her precious fur babies, Gracie and Averie, and so many family and friends.
