Robert E. Kirkland, Feb 26, 1930 - Feb 15, 2025. Lorene Kirkland, Jan 14, 1932 - July 21, 2024. Both Passed away from this life. Robert and Lorene were born in Wallins Creek, Kentucky where they met each other and married. Lorene worked in a manufacturing job while she also cared for her children. She is preceded in death by her parents Gertha and Minnie Lee. She had 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Robert Kirkland worked for Chrysler for 33 years and then had a lawn mower business where he repaired lawn mowers. He had 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Robert and Lorene Kirkland are survived by their daughters Linda Portell, Barbie Guliano, and Sandra Young along with several grandchildren and great bgrandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at Jay B. Smith Fenton Chapel on May 20, 2025 at 11:00AM. Concluding services will be at St. Lucas UCC Cemetery.
