Richard (Butch) W. Waters III passed away peacefully on November 7th, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, MO, with his wife and stepdaughter by side. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard W. Waters II and Anneliese. He is survived by his wife of 23 years Jeanette (Boyer) Waters, son Keith Waters and wife Leah, daughter Stacey Frosch and Trevor, stepson Ken Singer and wife Amey and stepdaughter Connie Parker. He has 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. His parents met during World War II and gave birth to Butch on February 26, 1951, in Berlin, Germany. They moved to the United States in 1952. Butch grew up in Dogtown, being baptized catholic and attending St. James the Greater. He worked as a truck driver for Teamsters Union for 27 years, retiring in 2005. Butch was very passionate about maintaining his yard and garden and upon retiring spent many of his days and evenings in his pool with his family. His love for his grandchildren and dogs was unconditional. Butch was truly a man who put others before himself.
