Obituary

Richard Woodington Enlow was called home on September 14, 2014, and because of his hope in Jesus Christ, we celebrate his life. Born in Englewood, New Jersey on August 27, 1953, he is survived by his best friend and wife Nancy Enlow, mother Virginia Enlow, siblings Vicki and David Hallmark and Chris and Julie Enlow, children Whitney Enlow, Nathan and Courtney Arndt, Brett and Brandi Arndt, and grandchildren Beckett and Beritt Arndt. Richard graduated from Shawnee Mission North High School in Kansas and was an alumni of University of Kansas. Richard was known for his perseverance and determination. He was a lover of music, a connoisseur of all the best in life and a devoted family man. Richard's passion and heart of generosity moved him to help many who were in need. His desire was to serve the helpless and hurting, as we have been served by the family of God through many trying times. A visitation will be held Friday, September 19 from 5PM - 8PM at The Journey's West County location. The memorial service will be held at the same location on Saturday, September 20 at 3PM. 625 Meramec Station Road | Manchester, MO 63021. The internment will be in Iowa on Sunday, September 21. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, YOU MAY GIVE TO THE JOURNEY'S BENEVOLENCE FUND, WHICH EXISTS TO HELP THOSE IN THE CHURCH WHO ARE IN NEED OR TO THE COVERING HOUSE, AN ORGANIZATION OFFERING REFUGE AND RESTORATION FOR GIRLS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OR SEXUAL TRAFFICKING. We would like to extend an unending thank you to our family, our friends and The Journey, whose continued support and generosity through Richard's five year health battle has sustained and blessed our family.
