Randy Joe Moutray, 44, passed away at his residence on January 8, 2023, in Festus, MO. He was born, May 16, 1978 in Centralia, Illinois to Randy and Chodi Moutray. Randy Joe is survived by his father Randy Ross Moutray, son Kenny Moutray, daughter Abbie Moutray, grandchilden Malakai Clark and Addalynn Grace. His siblings Lindsay Moutray, Brandi King, Misti Brashear-Finney, Jacob Moutray, Jeremy Moutray. His nephews Jaylin Hoskins, Kaden Jordan and Evan King. His niece Rachel Emmert. The love of his life, Jennifer Dornseif and her children Josh and Justin Dornseif. Randy Joe was predeceased by his mother Chodi Beam Moutray. The memorial gathering for Randy Joe Moutray will take place on Sunday, January 15th 2023 from 1pm-3pm at Jay B Smith Funeral Home, 777 Oakwood Fenton, Missouri. Memorial service immediately following at 3:00pm.
