Patricia Ann Grzyb (nee Martin), 77, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 peacefully in her sleep. Beloved wife of 52 years to Michael J. Grzyb. Loving mother of Tammy (Edward) Werner and Maggie (James) Lee. Cherished grandmother of Patrick Werner, Rori Lee and Kasey Lee. Sister of Kay Blanke, Michelle (Jon) Larson, Peggy Sluhan and the late Francis Martin . Sister-in-law of Mary Ann Martin and the late Bob Blanke. Our dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 7, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Jay B.
