Oscar Dale "Bud" Skaggs passed on November 28,2024, at the age of 80. He was born in Valles Mines, Mo. to Oscar F. Skaggs and Irene (Stewart) Blake. Dale truly knew that it was more blessed to give than to receive. His generosity knew no bounds. Dale's years of hard work gave him the knowledge to help anyone that asked with almost any task. He never asked for anything in return. Although Dale is gone, he will live in our hearts forever. Dale leaves behind his loving wife Mairine of years 61 years, their children Renee (Bryan) Winchell and Michael (Tricia) Skaggs, as well as 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was also a retired Teamster, who liked to spend time with his family, fishing, traveling, panning for gold, and searching for gems. Rarely did he miss having coffee each morning with his friends.
