Nancy L. (Niccum) Nelson, 61, passed away on the 4th of November 2014 at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. She was born on March 11, 1953 in St. Louis to Louis and Edna (Beechler) Niccum. Nancy grew up in St. Louis, Mo, and worked for OMI Daystar until about 2009. Nancy married Steven in 2004 in St. Louis, Mo. They were married for 10 years. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Edna Mae (Beechler) Niccu,and Louis Robert Niccum. Nancy is survived by her spouse Steven of St. Louis, Mo, her nephew-Jimmy Peltz, niece-Karen Peltz-Stolarski, and her cousin Shery Peltz.
