Michael Anthony Roeder

Born February 3, 1984 and died on July 1, 2026.

Mike, age 42, passed away peacefully at his home after a ten year battle with brain cancer.

Mike is the favorite youngest son of Dan Roeder and Kathy Roeder (Reinarman). He is the beloved brother to Marc Roeder (Melanie) and Matthew Roeder (Lynette). He is the fun uncle of Gabriella, Isabella, Adalyn, Clara, Sylvia, Vivian, Faye, and Camden.

Mike loved his friends, his dogs and his family. He especially loved the family camping trips. He enjoyed his job of 18 years at Garvey's Grill. He participated in cancer trials to help future cancer patients. He volunteered with Gateway Search Dogs. He donated his organs to help others in need.

In between his many surgeries, treatments, and trials he enjoyed many wonderful adventures. He always appreciated the help and support of his friends and family.

Thanks to the doctors and nurses at St Anthony and Barnes hospitals for their excellent care.

Thanks to Garvey's Grill for the fundraiser that helped Mike fund his bucket list adventures.

A very special thanks to Anne and Ken Spinner who were always there to support us and were wonderful traveling companions for Mike's many adventures.

Rest in peace our loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. We love you and will miss you.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 12th, from 1:00pm until 5:00pm at Kirkwood Community Center, third floor hall, 111 S Geyer Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122
