Michael (Micky) Proemsey, age 68, passed away on November 29, 2023. Michael was born in Saint Louis, MO to Roland and Kathy (nee Roetto) Proemsey. Michael was the beloved husband of Janice (nee Mahood) Proemsey. He was the loving father of Tina (Ryan Hurt) Proemsey of Granite City, IL and Kevin Proemsey of Fenton, MO. Michael was the cherished grandfather of Abby Hurt. He was a dear brother to Larry and Kathleen. He was a son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Memorial visitation will be held Monday, December 4, 2023 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, Fenton Chapel. Memorial Service for Michael Proemsey will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1500 San Simeon Way, Fenton, MO 63026. Visitation at 10:00 am with service at 11:00 am.
