Mary Lou Stroup, 98, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday, December 19, 2025. She was born on November 10, 1927, in St. Louis, Missouri to William and Edna Mae Kissinger. Mary Lou was a lifetime member of Rock Hill Baptist Church and served HIS ministry for many years by teaching, mentoring and modeling God's love.

Beloved wife of the late Jesse Lee Stroup; loving mother of Diane (Jim) Evans of Blue Springs, Missouri and Curtis (Ingrid) Stroup of New Braunfels, Texas; cherished grandmother of Nathan (Mandy) Evans, Matthew (Ambrah) Evans, Kameron (Tiffany) Stroup, Makenzie (Clint) Campbell and the late Brittny Stroup; devoted great grandmother of Kaiden, Beckem and Avalyn Evans; Annabelle, Jedidiah Evans; Payton, Hunter Pierson; Walker, Paisley, Parker Campbell; dear sister of the late Dean Kissinger, the late Sherrie (Gary) Bybee and dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 2PM at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
