Fran Kirn of Fenton, Missouri was born in Dallas, Texas on January 15, 1938 to the late Floyd and Ruby (Mathis) Quota. She loved the outdoors, especially fishing, gardening, and her many wonderful years of retirement at their cabin by the lake. She loved spending time with her family-her husband Glen to whom she was happily married for 51 years, her daughters and granddaughters. Fran enjoyed the company of her many friends and loved to socialize. As a young woman, she was a member of the Daughters of Charity and remained active as a former Daughter throughout her life. Fran passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Fran was preceded in death by her husband on April 11, 2024. She is survived by her daughters Lynn Main (Bill) and Leslie Hoosier (Brandon), her brother Guy Quota (Susie), her sister Margaret Anne Quota, and her granddaughters Jordan and Hailey Main. She worked as a teacher, social worker, and retired from Rockwood School District as a Library Specialist. Fran donated her body to St. Louis University School of Medicine.
