Mark Douglas Gash, 64, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026.

Mark was born to Norma and Bobby Gash and was one of five brothers. He is survived by his brothers Terry Gash, Alan Gash, Tracy Gash, and Randy Gash, who shared with him a lifetime of memories, laughter, and unwavering family bonds.

Mark proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, carrying the values of honor, courage, and commitment throughout his life. Following his military service, he dedicated himself to caring for others as a nurse. His compassion, steady presence, and servant's heart touched countless lives both professionally and personally.

He was the beloved husband of Judith Gash (née Sander). Through their marriage, Mark was a devoted stepfather to Kim Anderson (Paul Anderson) and Brian Sparks (Kara Sparks). He was a proud and loving grandfather to Mia Anderson, Reid Anderson, Bristol Sparks, Carson Sparks, Jack Sparks, and Evelyn Sparks. His grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

Mark will be remembered for his strength, kindness, quiet resilience, and deep love for his family. His legacy lives on in the many lives he served, protected, and nurtured.
