Marilyn Victoria Barr April 6, 1940 - June 1, 2022 Barr, Marilyn (Modesto), 82 passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 1, 2022. Those left to cherish her memories include, beloved husband of 62 years, Richard Barr, and children - Carolyn (Jeffrey) Franz, Donna Simonic, Annette (Dan) Schmidt, David (Shannon) Barr and Daniel (Melissa) Barr. Loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Beloved Daughter of late Joseph and Bernice Modesto, sister to late Gloria Adkins, Ann, Kathy, Michael, John and Mary Beth. Dear Aunt and beloved friend of many. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 25 at 2:00 pm at Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 6596 Smiley Ave., St. Louis, MO 63139 "Because of her, I know how to live a good life...by working hard, keeping faith, and finding joy in every day."
