Obituary

Margaret Rose (Whitney) Robison It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Margaret Rose Robison, who departed this life on November 6, 2025, at the age of 71. Born on September 12, 1954, at Lutheran Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, to her cherished parents Marion Berl and Juanita Lucille Whitney, Margaret lived a life filled with kindness, strength, and devotion to her family. She was a guiding light, source of comfort, wisdom, and unconditional love to all who knew her. As a devoted mother, she nurtured her children with patience and grace, always putting their happiness first. As a sister and aunt, she brought laughter, compassion, and unity to every family gathering. And as a grandmother and great-grandmother, she found endless joy in the smiles and accomplishments of her grandchildren, who were the pride of her heart. Margaret will be remembered for her generous spirit, warm hugs, and her ability to make everyone feel special. Her legacy of love and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She is survived by her siblings Thomas (Ann) Whitney, Marion "Keith" (Mary) Whitney, and Susan (Dean) Laster; her children Andrea "Shenai" (Daniel) Braun and Derrick (Desiree) Robison; her grandchildren Camelia Braun, Alan Robison, and Alivia Robison; and her great-grandchildren Chester, Stephan, Ashton, Roselyn, and McKinley. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Marion and Juanita Whitney and her sister-in-law Ann Whitney. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Vandover Baptist Church (1714 Smizer Station Rd, Fenton, MO 63026) beginning at 11:00 a.m. Following the service, will be an open gathering of family and friends that will take place at the Valley Park Lions Club (1001 St. Louis Ave, Valley Park, MO 63088) from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. to share memories and honor the beautiful life she lived. Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit will remain forever in our hearts.
