Obituary

Kevin Mason Oliver, age 57, passed away on June 1, 2023. Kevin was born on September 10, 1965 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Ernest Mason Oliver and Cora Emily (nee Elcan) Oliver. He was baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection at First United Methodist Church in Lonoke, Arkansas. Kevin married Mary Louise Oliver (nee Waters) on June 28, 1998 in Las Vegas, NV. The couple had 3 children, Jessica Renee Amy (Alan Amy) of Fenton, Missouri, Jeffrey Kael Maness (Negar Maness) of Imperial, Missouri and Mason Isaiah Oliver of Manchester, Missouri. Kevin was the cherished grandfather of Skyler Ray Forsyth and Aidan Alexander Amy of Fenton, Missouri. He was the dear brother of Cynthia Renee Rovnaghi of Scotts Valley, California. Kevin was a Son-in-law to Lesley Jane Waters of Eureka, Missouri, Brother-in Law to Dawn Wideman, Kimberly Davis and Deborah McClellan, Uncle to Leah Rovnaghi and Laila Lynn Whiting-Clyburn (Brock Clyburn), Great-Uncle to Victoria Lynn Flamier, and Olivia Renee Whiting. He was an Uncle, Great-Uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. Kevin was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Ernest Mason and Cora Emily Oliver, his Grandparents, Henry Lionel and Ethel Mae Elcan and Jane Mabel Clark, and his niece Leah Ladan Rovnaghi. Kevin graduated from Lonoke High School in 1983 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science from Hendrix College in 1987 and a Masters in Health Care Administration from Webster University. He began his career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and after obtaining his Master's Degree finished his career in Health Care Administration. He was a member of Crossbridge Community Church. Kevin was best known for his Goofy disposition, his love of family, his loyalty, his dedication to improving health care services and his love of football and all things Star Trek. A Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held on June 10, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at Vandover Baptist Church in Fenton, Missouri.
