Loving brother of Joyce Highley, Laverne (Jerry) Signaigo, Michael (Diane) Portell, Katie (Greg) Orphan, the late Dora Mae "Peachy Girl" Portell and Dennis Portell.
Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
Memorial service will be on Thursday, September 28th, 2017, 10:00am at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, 777 Oakwood Dr., Fenton, MO.
