Keith Jay Horneker March 26, 1935 - March 27, 2019 Born in Stewardson IL Resided in Saint Peters Mo Keith Horneker lived in Maplewood Missouri from 1938 - 1978. Moved to Saint Peters Missouri in 1978. He passed way Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at the age of 84 and one day. Keith proudly served as a member of the Maplewood Fire Department from 1962 - 1993 (31yrs.) retiring with the rank of Assistant Fire Chief. Loving husband of late Nancy Horneker of over 58 years; beloved son of the late Robert and Mabel Horneker; devoted father of Guy Horneker; daughter in law Connie Horneker; treasured grandfather of Keith and Stephanie Horneker. Keith was a true outdoorsman. He was a professional fisherman and an avid hunter. If he wasn't fishing, he was hunting. He also enjoyed playing golf in his retirement.
