SCHIRO, Kathy Lynn (Bolender) entered into eternal rest on March 24, 2026 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Scott Schiro. Dear mother of Nicole and Chad Henry and stepmom to Joseph and Nicholas Schiro. Dear grandmother of Colton Miller. Dear step-grandmother to Isaiah Moore, Ruby and Reece Schiro. Dear daughter of Linda (Shafer) Bolender and the late Richard Bolender. Dear sister of David (Glory) Freeland. Dear aunt, cousin, and friend.

Kathy was born in the summer of 1959 in Sturgis, Michigan where she lived until the family moved to Morton, Illinois. She attended school in Morton, Illinois and in St. Louis, Missouri. Kathy graduated from Lindbergh High School. She went on to own Backstage Hair Design in Valley Park.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
