Loving father of JoAnn (Larry) Suttles, Pamela (Bill Pemberton) Woods, Lisa (Mike) Kessels, the late Ron and Donald Durbin. Father-in-law of Diane Durbin. Step-father of Steve Lay, Sharon Fath, Jim Lay and the late Mark Lay. Cherished grandfather of 19, great-grandfather of 28, great-great-grandfather of 7. Grandfather of the late Timothy Durbin, SFC WM. Brian Woods, Jr. and great-grandfather of Tookie Woods. Proceeded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. Joe is our cherished uncle and great-uncle to many. Visitation on Tuesday, September 4th, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, 777 Oakwood Dr., Fenton, MO. Funeral Service Wednesday, September 5th 11:00am. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
