Likewise he never met a stranger who failed to become a friend. Joey brought light and laughter to every room he entered and a smile to every face. He was an alumnus of Parkway Central High School class of 1977. A talented athlete and a gifted comic, his talents were evident to all. Joey inherited a legacy as an entertainer. His father Jack was an accomplished musician/band leader. Joey went on to have a long career as the most talented, undiscovered and underpaid comedian in the history of entertainment. It was not for a lack of talent. While death remains a mystery to me, I wonder for those of us who adored Joey, if some how the comedian in him had the last laugh on us all. The talented comic left us watching an opera of Pagliacchi, the sad clown. You were loved and will be missed Joey...
