Nunn, Jo Ann (nee Hein) died peacefully surrounded by her family on June 22, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Dulaney Nunn, Jr. Dear mother of Ellen Buxton, Karen Nunn, Lauren Nunn and the late Steven Nunn. Dear grandmother of David Hudson Jr., Pamela Hudson, Brittany (Joseph) Link, Emily Darden, Jonathan (Kaidyn) Buxton, Heather Nunn, Nicholas Nunn, Courtney Buxton, Mallory Buxton, the late Nicole Buxton, and Noah Buxton. Dear great-grandmother of Natalia, Aniyah, Camryn, Carter, Hailey, Jeremy, Aubrey, Myryn, Gianna, Aleah, Dulaney, Raygan, Emberlyn, and Sofia. Beloved granddaughter of the late Elmer and Rose Roth. Dear daughter of the late Paul and Doris "Boots" Hein. Dear sister of the late John Hein. Jo Ann will be remembered for her love of the St. Louis Cardinals, attending musicals at The Muny, reading, putting together puzzles, watching Jeopardy, playing cards and Bingo with her friends, and the numerous treasured moments with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home in Maplewood, Mo. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery to immediately follow.
