James R. Wood, age 72, of Fenton, Mo., died Sunday, May 31, 2009, at St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Mo. He Served in the Air Force. He was the son of the late Leroy Wood and the late Zola (Johnston) Wood. He is also survived by his Three Daughters, Daughter-Mary Ann Patterson of St. Clair, Mo. step Daughter-Debbie (Wiegel) Matush of Kirkwood, Mo. step Daughter-Dianna (Wiegel) Phillips of Unica, Mich. One Son, Son-James R. Wood, III of Fenton, Mo. Arrangements are being handled by Jay B. Smith Funeral Home Fenton Chapel, 777 Oakwood Drive, Fenton, Mo., where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, June 7, 2009. Funeral service will be at Jay B.
