James E. Harnden of Webster Groves, Missouri passed away on Saturday, October 1st, 2022. James was the beloved husband of Betty L. Harnden (nee Mitchell) and dear son of Lemuel and Clara Harnden (nee Griffith) of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas. Loving father of Jeffrey D. Harnden (Marianne) of Imperial, Missouri. Cherished grandfather of Jessica Harnden and Nicholas Harnden. Dear brother of Donald Griffith, J.D. Harnden, and Elsie Stone. James was a cherished father-in-law, uncle, and friend. A graveside service for James will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Tuesday, October 11th 2022 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
