Surrounded by her family, Irmgard Franziska Vogel (nee Bouwhuis), 89, joined her heavenly family on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Also known to many as Irma or Oma. Beloved wife to the late Rudolf Josef Vogel (Rudy), Loving mother of the late Linda Heep (Vogel), and Reinhard (Rick) Vogel, Devoted Oma to Cody Vogel, Savannah Vogel and Dustin Heep, Cherished sister to Gerda Toellner and the late Werner Bouwhuis, Irmgard was loved as a Mother-In-Law, Aunt, Great Aunt, Sister-In-Law, Cousin and dear friend. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 9:30 A.M. until 12:00 noon at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, 777 Oakwood Drive, Fenton, MO 63026. Funeral Service will follow the visitation and begin at 12:00 noon. Private Interment service to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 6901 Mackenzie Road, Afton, MO 63123.
