Irene Elizabeth Koerber, 91, of Fenton, passed away on January 21, 2026. She was born on October 23, 1934, in Koeltztown, Missouri, to Joseph and Agnes Borgmeyer.

Irene loved the outdoors and being outside. She enjoyed gardening and canning in her earlier years. She was very active with the Elks Lodge, a dedicated parishioner at St. Paul Catholic Church in Fenton and a member of St. Ann's Sodality.

Irene is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 47 years, Henry Koerber; and one granddaughter, Tina Hammonds. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Persons (Danny); son, Duane Koerber (Karen); grandchildren, Shaun Hammonds and Ryan Hammonds; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A memorial Memorial Visitation will be held from 9-10AM, followed by a Memorial Mass at 10AM on March 20, 2026, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Fenton. Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
