Helena Zoway, 35, in St. Louis, Mo., a Liberian, Died in her sleep at 2:00am on Monday morning, March 8, 2010 at her apartment leaving her two kids. Born January 1, 1975 in Zwedru City, Grand Gedeh County, Republic of Liberia. In 1992, fled from the Liberian civil war to the Ivory Coast as refugee for 12 years and was transferred to St. Louis, Mo. United States of America as a result of the United Nations evacuation due to the arising war over political power in the Ivory Coast. Helena, one of 8 children, was a mother of three (two boys and a girl) and had been sick nearly 4 years or more. She had been a caring mother to her kids all through her life till her last day, and even lastly went to shop for her kids at Target store last Saturday. Helena was connected to so many individuals as well as organizations here in St. Louis, Mo., and we are all touched by this unrecoverable tragedy.
