Dear daughter of the late William Arland (Bill) Rulo and the late Mary Ann (Marie, Pat) Courtois. Dearest sister of the late: Bill, Charles (Pete), Donald, Arland, Mark, James (Jimmy), Clarence, Joseph, Janice Jackson, and Wilma Hauserman.
