Graham J. Otto, age 75, passed away, surrounded by his family, on March 7, 2024. He was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, September 9, 1948. He was the dear son of Dr. Thomas and Dorothy Otto, of Cape Girardeau, MO. Graham was the beloved husband of Cynthia S. Otto (nee Birk). They were married for 54 years. Graham was the loving father of Christopher (Teresa) Otto, of Ballwin, MO, Michael (Nicole) Otto of St. Louis, MO, Dr. Randall (Dr. Andrea) Otto of Fenton, MO, and Dr. Robert (Dr. Maryann) Otto of Brentwood, TN. He was the cherished grandfather of Emma Otto, , Jacob Otto, Avery Otto,Mickelson Otto, Macy Otto, Max Otto, Amelia Otto, Lennan Otto, Eleanor Otto, Brandon Otto, Damian Otto, Lucian Otto, Declan Otto and Kellan Otto. He was the dear brother of Dr. David (Jackie) Otto, Mary Louise Otto, who preceded him in death, and Dr. Thomas (Elizabeth Engel) Otto. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 9:30 AM and will be immediately followed by an 11:00 service at Our Savior Lutheran Church, where Graham was a member. He came to the United States on June 22, 1949 and became a U.S. citizen on April 11, 1955. Graham attended College School on the SEMO campus for elementary school and went to high school at Shattuck Academy in Fairbault, MN from 1962-1966. He graduated from SEMO in 1970 with a B.S. in Mathematics. He took graduate classes in Computer Science at University of MO at Rolla. He worked at the University of Iowa Hospital's Computer Department from 1974-1978. From 1978 to 2009 he was a Systems Analyst Manager at Anheuser-Busch. He enjoyed walking - 6 miles each day, golfing, fishing, gardening, and teasing his 14 grandchildren. We will all miss his acerbic wit and his arid sense of humor.
