George F. Lane, 93, formerly of Maplewood, MO, passed away in his sleep on June 6, 2016. Survivors include his wife Patricia (Barry), daughter Sharon, sons Joseph, Steven and Larry (Pam). George was preceded in death by his son David, mother Cora Cook, sister Kay and brothers Randall, Glenn and Joseph. Beloved Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle and Great Uncle. Visitation will be at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, 7456 Manchester, Maplewood, MO, Thursday, June 9th from 10:00am to 11:30am with a funeral service at 11:30am to follow. Interment with full military honors will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
