Elizabeth " Betty" Jane Christian, daughter of James and Mary Jo Dees passed from this life on March 19, 2025. She was born on March 24, 1936 in Wilhelmina, Mo and was the youngest of her siblings. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Adrian, Boyce, Jimmy and Delbert. She was survived by her sister Mary Knott and her 4 children Julie Lohmann, Kevin, Jamie and Elise Christian, her 7 grandchildren Collin Preciado, Curtis, Candace and Claire Lohmann, Joshua Cliver, Savannah Christian and Sara Midkif and 6 great grandchildren Owen and Arlo Preciado, Mason and Adalyn Lohmann and Joseph and Iliana Cliver. Elizabeth loved spending time with her family and friends and they loved their time with her. She was extremely fond of her nieces and nephews and made friends almost anywhere she went. She was a self proclaimed gypsy meaning she couldn't stay in one place for too long nor could her furniture. She also loved to travel and one of her favorite places was Vegas. Can't say she ever came back a rich woman but she always had the time of her life especially when she was with her sister Mary. Her love, smile and spirit will be dearly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, May 31 at St. Teresa Church in Glennoville, Missouri. A luncheon will follow the service.
