Earlene Stella (Stagner) Fowler, 85, of Fenton, Missouri passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri. Earlene grew up in the Darien community and attended school at Green Forest. She was united in marriage to William Guy Fowler, on October 10, 1953 and together they shared over fifty-eight years of memories. Earlene was a dedicated and devoted wife to William and proud mother of sons, Billy and Randy. Earlene was a woman of faith and was a member of Fenton First Baptist Church. She was employed with JC Penney for several years. In her spare time, Earlene enjoyed traveling and visiting new sites. She also loved spending time in her flower bed and growing beautiful roses. Her family was most important to her and she deeply cherished spending time with them and creating memories. Earlene is survived by loving son: Randy Fowler of Byrnes Mill, MO; siblings: Edward "Herbie" Stagner of Mount Solon, VA, Louie Stagner and wife Linda of Springfield, MO, Martha Click and husband Lonnie of Alvaton, KY; one granddaughter: Anna Corley and husband Steve; one great granddaughter: Olivia Fowler; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death, husband: William Guy Fowler; son: Billy Fowler; parents: Earl and Stella Stagner; two brothers: Delmar and Donnie Stagner. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 26, 2020 in the Jay B. Smith Funeral Home in Fenton, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2020 in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2020 in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Burial to follow in the Green Forest Cemetery.
