Donald M. Gorman; Born 1/28/1930 and Passed 9/22/2019 Son of the late Frank Gorman & Cathern Sandri Gorman in Amasa Michigan lived in Amasa until 1944 when family moved to Milwaukee WI. Attended school in Amasa & Milwaukee. Worked in many Restaurants and was part owner of Don's Coffee Shop with his father & mother. Entered the Army Sept 11, 1953 for two years. Came out Sept 1955. Managed a bar and then a restaurant until 1961 when he purchased a motel on Ice lake, Iron River MI and named it Lakeshore Motel which he ran until 1972 when he took a partner. Leonard Greiczek and Don added two new buildings. They sold the motel Jan 15, 1989. Donald moved to Green Bay WI. where he lived until Jan 15, 1995 when he moved to Tempe AZ. Worked at Sky Harbor Airport for twelve years. Met Tom Puleo April 21, 1995 and have been together ever since. Don and Tom moved to St. Louis in 2007 to care for his mother. Don was preceded in death by his mother & father and three brothers Lawrence, Gerald, & Eugene. Don is Survived by James Tom Puleo, two nieces, Romana Gorman & Rose (Earl) Baker and two nephews Ronald (Eileen) Gorman & Daniel Gorman, one sister-in-law Evelyn Gorman, one aunt Rita Sandri (Robert) Leanna as well as many cousins and friends.
