Dolores Arlene (nee Ham) Law of St. Louis, MO, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 30, 2024. She was 92 years old. Dodie had a gift of accounting. For many years, she enjoyed completing family and friends' income taxes. She attended St. Louis Community College to pursue an accounting degree. She joined the staff of the Defense Mapping Agency, where she met lifelong friends. She became a beloved member of the Big Bend Woods community. She enjoyed the company of other residents, special events, and participating in crafts and bingo. She was a parishioner of Our Savior Lutheran. She cherished her time attending Bible study classes. Dodie's door was always open for family and friends. She loved gatherings in her home. She would cook large, delicious meals and desserts. She always loved the children - including her brothers, sister, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her grandchildren. Children of all ages knew candy would be available. Dodie is survived by her sister, Sandy Handley, sister-in-law, Liz Ham and sister-in-law, Mary June Brennan. Dodie is also survived by her son, John R. Law (Kathi), grandaughter, Amanda (Casey) Cavanaugh, great grandchildren, Kylie and Logan, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Law, parents, William Ham, Sr. and Willia Belle (nee Rief) Ham, brother William (Whitey) Ham, Jr., sister-in-law, Ann Ham, brother-in-law, Jack Handley and brother Robert Ham, Sr. The family would like to express their gratitude to her special angel family members for all their visits, the staff at Big Bend Woods and Crown Hospice Care team, for their compassion and support during Dodie's final days.
