David Joseph Spakowski, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully in his sleep, April 12, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Katherine L. (nee Kodis), and two sons, Matthew David (Zainab Al-Khabbaz), of Saratoga Springs, New York, and Philip Joseph, of St. Louis, Missouri.
