David Ernest Glaser, age 89, passed away on May 9, 2024. David was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Ernest Glaser and Thelma Glaser. David married Clara Ann Glaser of Mentor, Ohio, on July 3, 1957, at Willoughby United Methodist Church in Willoughby, Ohio. He will be loved and missed by his children, Michael, Dawn, and Paul and grandchildren Bea Wimbish, Beckee Sopher and step grandfather to Caitlyn (Kyle) Brill. David was a trusted civil engineer with a PE certification and worked as a consultant well into his 80s. David is preceded in death by Ann Glaser (Wife), Ernest Glaser (Father), Thelma Glaser (Mother). Visitation will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home in Fenton, Missouri. Cremation will follow immediately after at Memorial Park Crematory. Interment Ceremony for David Glaser will be held on Saturday June 1, 2024 at Mentor Community Cemetery with the Rev. Kristen Patt officiating.
