Charles "Chuck" Notter Beloved son, brother, father, papa, uncle and friend passed July 16th 2014. A celebration of Chuck's life will be held on Saturday July 19th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Jay B. Smith Funeral Home 7456 Manchester Maplewood , Mo. 63143 Survived by sons Kristopher, Zach, Ian and daughter Ashley and 8 grandchildren. Also survived by his mother Joyce Notter, brothers Eddie and Kenny and sisters Kathy and Mary and sister-in-law Sharon. In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to Jay B.
