Carol Ann Rivera (nee Richard), passed away on March 2, 2025, in Park Hills, MO. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave. St. Louis, MO 63133. Arrangements are by Jay B. Smith Funeral Homes. Carol was born in St. Louis to Frank E. and Anne E. Richard (nee Mowry) on September 10, 1936. Those who knew Carol would remember her forever. She loved to sing and care for domestic and wild animals. Carol viewed the world differently than most. She was special and will live in our hearts forever through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
