Brian Pezzani, 75, passed away on December 26, 2023, in Fenton, MO. He went peacefully at his home after a short stay in Hospice, surrounded by loved ones including his wife, Judy, of 55 years, all four of his children, their spouses, and many of his grandchildren. Born in 1948, Brian lived a life rich with family and marked by many large family gatherings. His early years were filled with adventures with his brothers and cousins often finding themselves in hot water with their parents and grandparents, like when they burned the woods behind their home. In his teenage years, he liked to spend time at his grandparent's home on the ocean in Clearwater, Florida. Brian was a man of quiet dignity and faith who enjoyed simple pleasures and time with his family. He had a subtle humor he would share in rare moments, like the time in 2018 when his children took the entire family to Hilton Head Island for a week to celebrate his and Judy's 50th wedding anniversary. On the last night of the trip, Brian surprised everyone with a speech that included an "award" for everyone such as the best quote "You look slick, grandpa" for Ethan, the sweetness award for Brooke, and the best all-around helper for Danielle. Brian is survived by his wife, Judith Pezzani, daughters Elizabeth Tesson (James Tesson) and Amy Pezzani (Danielle Bock), and sons, Robert Pezzani (Lisa Pezzani) and John Pezzani. Grandchildren, Lauren Berger (Carl Berger), Benjamin Tesson (Sarahbella Bubbers), Eva Jentzsch, Sophia Pezzani, Aiden Rome, Ethan Pezzani, and great-grandchildren, Haylie Berger, Brooke Berger, and August Berger. Brian is preceded in death by his mother, Angelina Pezzani, fathers Joseph Pezzani and Carl Haley, and step-father Carol Haley. A church service will be held at The Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens on Sunday, December 31st at 2 pm, with family arriving at 1:30. The celebration of life will held at Bob and Lisa Pezzani's home at 735 Andrew Ryan Lane, Manchester, MO 63021 directly following the service.
