Bobby Owen Osmer, 82 of Imperial, MO. went to his heavenly reward on January 1, 2016. He was born on June 4, 1933 in Armorel, AR. Bobby was the son of the late Willie J. and Girley M. (Downing) Osmer. He was the Owner/President of Reliable Container Service from 1972-1985, and then retired in March of 1985. Bobby was a member of Solid Rock Ministries for 40 years and was currently a member of the Bethel Pentecostal Church in Arnold, MO. Beloved husband of the late Betty Jean (Wallace) Osmer Loving father of Mike (Connie) Osmer of Oakland, IN Johnny (Jennifer) Osmer of Imperial, MO. Paula (Scott) Beecham of Olive Branch, MS. Kim (Stan) Wright of Arnold, MO. Cherished grandfather of Shaun and Shane Osmer, Dawn Exler, Johnny Kirk Osmer, Marcus Beecham, Morgan Cooper, Jason Osmer . And great-grandfather to Trinitee, Liam, Abbey, Destinee, Marley, Aspyn, Lawson, Brodee and Jude. Dear brother to Merle Whitaker and Shirley (Wayne) Jaques. He was preceded in death by one son, Gary Don Osmer; one brother, Freddie Osmer; three sisters; Helen Crain, Mary Lois and Dorothy Mae Osmer. Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 PM Friday, January 8 and Saturday, January 9 from10-11AM at Solid Rock Ministries 899 Gravois Rd. Fenton, MO. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 9 at Solid Rock Ministries. Burial is at Shepherd Hills Cemetery at 1925 Old Hwy M Barnhart, MO. Memorials may be made to Bethel Pentecostal Church in Arnold, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of J. B. Smith Funeral Home in Fenton MO.
