Beloved father, brother,grandfather, uncle, father-in-law, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Billy enjoyed spending time at the river with friends boating, fishing, and relaxing. Billy was rarely seen without his best friend Duke (man's best friend). He was able to fix just about anything and was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it, he was always there. He will truly be missed by those who loved him and knew him.
